REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be returned within 24 hours from purchase.
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@techrabedfactory.co.za/ 0736081075. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [112 HIGH ROAD, BREDELL, Kempton Park, 1619]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on returning your products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the client is responsible for their trip to return products.

Returns will not be accepted without the client's receipt/proof of purchase (Paid in Full) as received on the purchase date.

Free delivery does not apply on: customised mattresses and bed sets, mattresses only and Laybuy's.

Goods received on Delivery

Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery/collection contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return of Goods

Techra Bed factory will notify you once the returned goods were received and inspected as well as if the returned goods were approved or not. You will be notified of the outcome of the returned goods and the way forward. There will be a 20% handling fee for accepting the returned goods. The rest of the amount will only be paid back to the client at the end of the month, if applicable. 

Techra Bed Factory is under no obligation to exchange the product or to any special orders.

Goods bought on Layby

Should the customer choose not to continue with the lay-by within the validation period of 3/6 months they will forfeit 20% of the total amount paid. The rest of the amount will only be paid back to the client at the end of the month. In the case the client exceeds the LAY-BYE  period based on the date on the invoice, the client forfeits the total amount paid, and no refund is applicable.

Please Note: Goods will be manufactured after Laybuy is fully paid 3-4 Business working days.
